Unexpected results – Hi, I'm Selina

I am so grateful for the opportunity to complete Selina’s course. Both online and live group coaching, packed with useful information, the course is incredibly motivating.

I truly did not expect the self reflection and production of results that I got out of it.

Thanks to Selina I’ve taken the word ‘fear’ out of my vocabulary and unconsciously unwanted things went with it.

I knew, though Selina proved to me, that words create memory and thought patterns and in turn control our second brain. I am yet facing another life challenge and each day people, use the phrases: “I am so worried about you” or “You must be so worried”. No I’m not.

I ask that before you use the word worry- think of what you really feel or mean and see how your life can and will change if you delete this word from your life. Just like I no longer use the “f” word…. (fear)

Selina is really intuitive with where you are at in your life. I’m not talking life stories, I’m talking how you use words and your non verbal communication. Selina listens very well to what you say, and how you hold yourself, then picks up on things that I didn’t even think about. One of the words Selina picked up for me was being free.

There were some pics taken where I thought oh my I have aged and put on the pounds, but the look on my face said it all I looked happy and free. I can honestly say I have never looked at myself looking like that in my whole life.

I know after meeting Selina that some of the areas in my life will improve, and I have been sharing with the world a bit of a different person on the outside.

Thank you Selina, I can honestly say you have empowered me, and I look forward to seeing where this journey takes me.

A friend of mine was telling me about this great coach who was helping her not only with all things equine, but in her life path as well. While I don’t ride, I was in a particularly bad spot at work that I wanted to work through.

I am tremendously thankful that I picked up the phone and called Selina as I got so much more from her coaching that I ever would have anticipated. Taking control of language was a game changer for me, not only verbally but also the internal language I was using.

Tactics for dealing with difficult conversations and changing the way I approached meetings to remove the stress helped me achieve the outcome I wanted. When I first met Selina, I had no perspective of my worth, as the life changing event of losing my job had devasted me. Selina really got to know me by asking a lot of in-depth questions including my dreams and goals. She stepped me through each positively framed coaching session, provided new points of views and we worked through my sticking points one by one. Selina used a wide variety of techniques to bring me back on a solid path and after 4 weekly sessions I was ready to apply and interview for professional employment roles that met and challenged my abilities. Selina’s encouragement and coaching didn’t stop there. We continued our sessions on a monthly basis or as required and it was during this time, I landed a brilliant job leading a small team in local government. I have worked with Selina a couple of times over the past 5 years and cannot even put into words how amazing it has been for me! Initially connected through a friend who had previously done coaching with Selina, I undertook coaching with her to work through some mental blockers I was placing on myself when it came to progressing in my career.
